Loging In Takes User to BLANK SCREEN

Dear IQonic:

When a test user logs into a test StreamIt subscription account, the user is taken to a BLANK SCREEN that says: "You are currently logged in as xxxxx.  Log out."  Please see attached screenshot.  Why does this happen?   The "log out" text does not even link to anything.

When any user logs in, they should be taken to the same page where they logged in.

Please advise.

    Hi Kintesh:

As shown below, I already added that short code to login-2.  Where did you add yours?   Why is this not explained in the documentation for StreamIt?

You have also not fixed the "refresh" isssue.   Once a user is logged in, like Netflix or Hulu, the user should not be required to "refresh" in order to see protected content.

Please advise how to fix this bug.

    Thank you very much.

    Steven

    Hi, Steven

I have added a redirect in your login-2 page, now after login, it will redirect to your home page with login status, Kindly check.
    Thank You !

UPDATE:  I managed to find a place to enter the shortcode by using the WordPress native editor and inserting the shortcode block manually at top of "login-2".   That seems to direct the user to the home page after login.

Unfortunately, apart from the HOME PAGE, the user must REFRESH before any login status is accepted on any other page.  What is the solution for that?   A properly logged in user should have access to ALL protected content without having to refresh the page to show logged in status.   THIS IS A BUG.    Please advise.

    Thank you.

I have tried adding the appropriate parameter to the shortcode on the login and login-2 pages.  Neither works.  Please advise specifically how to solve this problem.   Thank you.

    (1) Where is this short code ([pms-login redirect_url="https://xxxxx.com/account"]supposed to be written?  Which page should it be put on? login page?  login-2 page?   Please advise ASAP.

    (2) Why isn't the redirect feature already part of the StreamIt Theme so users like me don't have a problem?  There should be a default setting installed in the StreamIt theme which does not require adding ShortCodes.

    (3) Please link me to where the redirect issue is addressed in the StreamIt documentation.  I don't see it.

    Thank you.

    Hi, Steven

Follow the above documentation link for redirection after login and for other user registration / login releated options.
